Located in the churchyard of the Parish Church of St Lawrence, Warslow. It takes the form of an angled walled enclosure which is slightly elevated with a centre section of the wall formed as a plinth with two wing walls and a central wall and a two stepped base. The central wall contains deatil;s of the Second World War, the two wing walls contain details for World War 1. There are eleven names listed for World War 1 which are also listed on the World War 1 memorial window in the church; there are two names for World War 2. The mason who worked on the memorial was T Hulme of Buxton.
