Lieutenant, 1/5th Bn Suffolk Regiment. Son of Mary A.R Taylor of 76 Guildhall St, Bury St Edmund’s, Suffolk & the late D.W Taylor. Buried at Deir El Belah War Cemetery Grave B62. ODGW states Died of Wounds

Inside St Sprite’s Chapel, Peterborough Cathedral. A wooden copy exists in Peterborough Museum (the former infirmary) on Priestgate.
