Ebernoe is a remote
location between Kirdford and Northchapel, a thinly populated part
of West Sussex, which includes the Hamlet of Balls Cross. The quaint
old church of Holy Trinity has a small wooden cross in the Churchyard
bearing the names of 10 local men who fell in 1914-1918.
