The stained glass windows within St George's Chapel, Worcester Cathedral are dedicated to those men and women from the county who died in both World War 1 and World War 2. The west window contains the following dedication:

WORCESTERSHIRE HAS PLACED THIS MEMORIAL TO THOSE
OF HER CHILDREN WHO CONTRIBUTED TO WIN VICTORY IN THE
GREAT WAR • 1914 - 1918

The east window in St George’s Chapel contains the following dedication spread across the base of the three sections:

TRIBUTE OF HONOUR FROM WORCESTERSHIRE TO HER SONS AND DAUGHTERS
WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES FOR THEIR COUNTRY IN THE SECOND WORLD WAR 1939-45
