BANNISTER	George	possibly George Vevers BANNISTER, Private 5397, 64th Brigade, Machine Gun Corps (Infantry). Killed in action 1st July 1916 in France & Flanders. Born Newton-in-Bowland, Yorkshire, enlisted Keighley. No known grave. Commemorated on THIEPVAL MEMORIAL, Somme, France. Pier and Face 5 C and 12 C.
BLACK	Roy [Ernest]	Private 99156, 326th Field Ambulance, Royal Army medical Corps. Died in England 10th October 1918. Born Newmarket, Suffolk, enlisted Keighley, resident Waddington. No known grave. Commemorated on HOLLYBROOK MEMORIAL, SOUTHAMPTON, Hampshire.
BROTHERTON	Richard	Private 51968, 9th Battalion, Duke of Wellington's (West Riding Regiment). Died 23rd November 1918 in France & Flanders. Aged 20. Born and resident Clitheroe, enlisted Halifax. Buried in GREVILLERS BRITISH CEMETERY, Pas de Calais, France. Plot XVIII. Row A. Grave 24.
BROWN	Fred	Private 17874, 10th Battalion, Duke of Wellington's (West Riding Regiment). Died of wounds 7th June 1917 in France & Flanders. Aged 20. Born Waddington, enlisted Skipton, resident Clitheroe. Son of Robert and Alice Ann Brown, of 92, Waddington, Clitheroe, Lancs. Buried in WOODS CEMETERY, Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Plot III. Row E. Grave 16.
CHESTER	Albert	Private 57852, 1st/4th Battalion, East Yorkshire Regiment. Died in England 11th November 1918. Born Waddington, enlisted HAlifax, resident Waddington.
HANSON, MM	James [Wood]	Lance Corporal 20790, 8th Battalion, East Lancashire Regiment. Killed in action 31st May 1917 in France & Flanders. Born and resident Waddington, enlisted Clitheroe. Awarded the Military Medal (M.M.).
HIRD	Albert	Acting Sergeant 13779, 10th Battalion, Duke of Welington's (West Riding Regiment). Killed in action 21st August 1916 in France & Flanders. Born and resident Waddington, enlisted Settle.
JACKSON, MM	Joseph	Private 18303, 1st Battalion, East Lancashire Regiment. Died of wounds 16th March 1917 in France & Flanders. Born Waddington, enlisted Clitheroe. Awarded the Military Medal (M.M.).
ROSS	Robert	probably Robert ROSS, Private 60126, Machine Gun Corps (Infantry). Killed in action 16th April 1917 in France & Flanders. Born Brierfield, enlisted Clitheroe. Formerly 33650, Northumberland Fusiliers.
STEWART	Robert	Sergeant 8899, 17th Battalion, Manchester Regiment. Died of wounds 8th January 1918 in France & Flanders. Born Whalley, Manchester, enlisted Manchester, resident Waddington.
STONES	Arthur	Private 17579, Army Cyclist Corps. Died of wounds 3rd January 1918. Born and enlisted Clitheroe.
