the parish church of St Peter's are to be found two plaques, one to
the five sons of the vicar that died in the First World War and the
other to two other men from the village who also died in the same war.

Lincolnshire, enlistd Lincoln. Son of the late Reverend Prince William
Thomas Beechey, once rector of the parish, and Mrs Amy Beechey of
197 Wragby Road, Lincoln; brother to the other Beechey's named on
this memorial. No known grave. Commemorated on PLOEGSTEERT MEMORIAL,

this memorial. Formerly PS/10747, Royal Fusiliers. Buried in DAR
