The memorial is to be found on the corner of Sheffield Road West & Frodingham Road, known as the Crosby Angel, standing in Frodingham Road, Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. It takes the form of an angel with outspread wings, standing on a square pedestal, with head bowed and a laurel wreath held in the left hand of the angel. The memorial is for World War 1 only. It was first dedicated 19 May 1923 and rededicated 7 May 2010 by the Bishop Suffragan of Grimsby. The memorial lists the boy's from the school who perished in World War 1 and then those from the local parish who also gave their lives. There are 8 schoolboys listed whose names have been sorted into alphabetical order. The local parish names number 50.
